In this ninety minute forum, IPPY award-winning author S.K. Falls will discuss the business side of self-publishing. How much does it cost to self-publish? What are the components that make an eye-catching, market-ready book? What is the difference between a copy editor and a developmental editor, and do you need both? What is the best way to reach readers? These are some of the questions she’ll answer before opening the floor to questions.

Falls is the Amazon bestselling author of several self-published books, including the Glimpsing Stars series and the Fevered Souls serial novel. Her self-published contemporary novel went on to win the gold medal in the 2014 IPPY awards and has been acquired by Grand Central Publishing for publication in 2015. She continues to enjoy the freedom of indie publishing, and is eager to share what she has learned with other writers. Visit her online at
